When you use any of the services provided by us through the Platform, including but not limited to Product Reviews or Seller Reviews, you agree to follow the rules, guidelines, policies, and conditions applicable to such services. These shall be considered part of this Terms of Use.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically for updates. Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of any revised terms. As long as you comply with these Terms, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to use the Platform.
By accepting these Terms of Use, you also agree to Stitch Apparels’ Policies, including the Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time.
1. User Account, Password, and Security
If you use the Platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your display name and password and for all activities under your account. These purchases are also governed by policies such as the cancellation policy, exchange policy, and return policy (available on the shipping/returns tab), all of which are incorporated by reference.

E-Platform for Communication
You understand that Stitch Apparels is an online platform facilitating the purchase of listed products. It is not a party to, nor does it control, any transactions between buyers and sellers on the Platform.
Indemnity

Termination
Stitch Apparels may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform or its services if it believes that you have violated any of these terms. Upon termination, any loyalty credits or pending refunds may be forfeited. Transaction records may be retained for compliance purposes.
